For the first few classes one of our instructors will be with you every step of the way. They will take you through the stretch at the start of each class and spend the first 20 minutes of your first few classes with you on a one-on-one basis, teaching you the basic techniques you need before joining in with everyone else for the remainder of the class to put your new skills into practice.
During your first few classes all equipment is provided and we recommend wearing some loose fitting, comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water.
