  1. Parallel ready stance
  2. Step back with left leg into Right Foot Stance whilst performing Outwards Block (Kihap)
  3. Rear Inwards Punch
  4. Turn to face left
  5. Step back with left leg whilst performing an Outwards Block
  6. Rear Inwards Punch
  7. Turn to face left
  8. Step back with left leg whilst performing an Outwards Block
  9. Rear Inwards Punch
  10. Turn to face left
  11. Step back with left leg whilst performing an Outwards Block
  12. Rear Inwards Punch
  13. Front Inwards Punch (Kihap)
  14. Front leg steps back to parallel ready stance (face front)
  15. Repeat on opposite side
  16. Hold final position until instructed otherwise
